The H.E.A.T. (Hemisphere Emergency Action Team) is based in a beach fashion boutique in The Westin, a luxury resort hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which houses the pulse of the operation – a communication center – as well as serving as their cover. The H.E.A.T. team travels to a host of exotic tropical locales throughout Mexico, the Caribbean and South America on assignment, always combating injustices and international terrorists.
